Rivers Rerun:According to journalist Chinedu,soldiers over powered and arrested thugs that invaded Ulakwo Etche.Interrogations of the thugs ongoing. Most have admitted that they were brought in from outside Etche from as far as Ogoni,  Woji,  Emohua and ikwerre LGA.Also some PDP members were arrested.
