Chukwudi Akasike, Port Harcourt
Rover State Governor, Nyesom Wike, has declared that Nigeria is sliding into anarchy because of the poor governance style of the current Federal Government.
Wike said this on Friday while inaugurating the newly constructed Ekiti State Governor’s Office in Ado-Ekiti.
The event was attended former President Goodluck Jonathan, Abia State Governor, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu and Gombe State Governor, Dr. Ibrahim Dankwambo.
Others are Akwa Ibom State Governor, Udom Emmanuel and the Peoples Democratic Party National Chairman, Prince Uche Secondus.
Wike said that Nigerians should use their permanent voter cards to vote out the All Progressives Congress-led Federal Government.
“Nigeria is sliding into anarchy. Nigerians were deceived by the change lies. Nigerians should show that they are tired of this fruitless change,” he said.
In his remarks, the Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose, said that the PDP governorship candidate, Professor Olusola Eleka had a divine mandate to take over.
Fayose said he was central to the development of the infrastructure base of Ekiti State over the eight years he spent in office.
The National Chairman, PDP, Prince Uche Secondus, warned the APC-led Federal Government against attempting to rig the Ekiti State governorship election.
